Skate Quests Beginnings

If you’ve been out skating across the world you will find great places to skate but there is something missing. You my even find yourself reminiscing over the hay day of skating, when:

· Tony Hawk - Singlehandedly brought skating out of the age of big airs and big grinds into big twist airs and big twist flip grinds. Becoming the Michael Jordan of Skateboarding.

· Christian Hosoi - Larger than life, and one that was mesmerizing to watch with his Christ Airs. Rocket Airs. Huge Method Airs. Whatever it was, he was doing it bigger than anyone else.

· Danny Way - Shocked the world with his Mega Ramp antics, Backside 360 over the Great Wall of China.

· Steve Caballero – Invented difficult tricks and air variations for vertical skating and set the long-standing record for the highest air achieved on a halfpipe.

· Mike McGill - First to do the 540. Crazy inverts and airs.

· Steve Alba - Dominated some of the wildest, harshest terrain imaginable.

· Not to mention other legionaries like Lance Mountain, Mike McGill, Rodney Mullen, George Powell, Stacy Peralta.
